Rafting

Here are the pictures from Andrew's annual Deschutes River rafting trip (OR) and another rafting trip on the White Salmon, WA. 

Deschutes:  We had 27 people in our group for Deschutes, which came to 4 rafts on Oregon's most popular river (Class 3). We had 4 rafts, captained by Andrew, Brian, Kimball, and Vu.  Unfortunately, we don't have any pictures from Vu's raft.  On August 23rd, a group of us headed out to Maupin to camp before rafting the Deschutes River the next day.  While we were out there, we went and visited an old ghost town called Shaniko. 

Check out Omid's pictures for a great collection of what it's like to raft the Deschutes.  Water fights and all!!!

White Salmon:  Van invited us to go rafting on the White Salmon in Washington.  This is a class 3 & class 4 adventure.
